All sales are final. We know scent is personal, so please read through the descriptions carefully to ensure you select the candle that suits you best!
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PHALATE-FREE AND PARABEN-FREE?
Yes. Every scent is phthalate-free, paraben-free, and formulated for complexity and dimension.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
Yes. Everything we make is cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
WHAT KIND OF WAX DO YOU USE?
We use olive oil wax (no, it doesn't smell like olives!) Olive oil wax is sustainable and made from hydrogenated olive oil, offering a clean, slow burn, excellent fragrance throw (hot & cold), and smooth finish.
HOW CAN I MAXIMIZE MY BURN HOURS?
Trim the wick to ¼” before each use, and let the wax melt edge-to-edge every time you burn it. Don't worry if there is a little hang up on the sides in the beginning, it will catch up as the candle burns. The burn time should be roughly 3-5 hours every time you light your candle. Stop burning once there is only ¼” of wax left remaining.
WHAT DO I DO ONCE MY JAR IS EMPTY?
We strongly encourage you to repurpose your vessel. A helpful tip to get out the remaining wax is to leave it in the freezer for over 24 hours, and said wax should pop out. Clean away any leftover wax residue with light soap and water.
MY CANDLE ARRIVED DAMAGED, HELP!
Sometimes these things happen when carriers mishandle our packages. Please email us your unboxing experience with a couple of photos and send to hello@koyd.co and then safely discard the broken merchandise. We can issue a one-time replacement free of charge.
